 　昨日の新聞は、「米、ICC本体に制裁」という大きな見出しをつけ、この問題を社会面や政治面で大きく扱っています。当然のことです。

　アメリカ大統領は、太平洋や大西洋をトランプ洋（Trump Ocean）とするとか言っています。こういうデタラメなことをやったり、言ったりして、注目を浴びようとしているのでしょう。すでにメキシコ湾をアメリカ湾に、オンタリオ湖をアメリカ湖にするとか、良識のある人がすることではないことを次々とやっています。

　また以前にも書きましたが、ベネズエラに軍隊を派遣して国家のリーダーを拉致したり、イスラエルのネタニヤフと共謀して、イランに攻撃をしたり、まったく世界から顰蹙を買うようなことばかりをしています。

　最近の世論調査でも、トランプ大統領が「世界に悪影響をあたえている」と回答した人が8割に及ぶという報道もありました。要するに、トランプ大統領は「悪人」であるということです。アメリカという国の信用がガタガタと下がり続けているということでもあります。

　トランプ大統領によるICC制裁ですが、世界の国々は、これに対して抗議の声をあげています。唯一イスラエルが制裁を賞賛しているという報道がありました。

　Recent reports indicate that, according to a recent public opinion poll, as many as 80 percent of respondents believe President Trump is “having a negative impact on the world.” In short, this means President Trump is a “villain.” It also means that the credibility of the United States continues to plummet.

　Regarding President Trump’s sanctions against the ICC, countries around the world are raising their voices in protest. There have been reports that Israel is the only country praising these sanctions.

　The ones finding fault with the ICC are President Trump and Russia’s Putin. Neither of them is a member of the ICC. Israel, of course, is not a member either. The reason they are not members is that they are actually committing crimes outside their own countries.

　Putin has invaded Ukraine and assassinated people living in other countries who criticize him.

　Russia is not a democracy. While elections do appear to take place, there have been no fair elections since the days of the Soviet Union; it seems there is a system in place to ensure that only those favored by the state become lawmakers.

　In the United States, large-scale elections are held and reported on worldwide. President Trump was elected president twice. What do the American people think about the fact that a person elected by them is drawing the world’s disapproval?

　I have studied the history of the United States, and it is a country that has consistently acted in a self-righteous manner. This continues to this day.

It possesses immense military power, has established military bases all over the world, and has exercised that military force in various regions for its own interests. It has consistently maintained an attitude of indifference toward the killing of innocent people as a result.

　I want to appeal to the American people: Isn’t it time to put an end to this? Of course, there are good people among Americans. I hope that these good Americans will put a stop to the misdeeds of President Trump, who is committing atrocities. Since the U.S. is attacking the ICC and intends to commit even more crimes around the world, sensible American citizens must stop this.
