 　「日本ファースト」を叫ぶ人たちがいる。日本人が「日本ファースト」を主張するのは当然のことだと思う。もちろん、その語のなかに、外国人排撃の主張を入れるべきではない。

　なぜ「日本ファースト」 を当然だというかといえば、日本は未だに米軍に占領されているからである。日本は法治主義、立憲主義国家だという。しかし実態をみれば、それは間違った認識である。

　日本の国家方針は、米軍幹部と日本の中央官僚による「日米合同委員会」が決める。そこには、国民主権さえ入り込むことができない。内閣さえ、どのようなことが議論され、何が決められたのかを知らない。

　このような異常な状態の根源は、日米安保条約にある。この条約がある限り、日本はアメリカの「属国」 でありつづけるのだ。

　国家というのものを構成するのは、国民と主権、そして領土、領空、領海である。しかし、日本の領土には米軍基地があり、日本の空は米軍が支配し、民間機は自由に飛ぶことさえ出来ない。日本に国家主権があるのかと問われたなら、ないと答えざるをえない。

　そういう対米「属国」の下で、大きな利益を得ている日本の巨大企業が、そうした隷属状態の日本国家から、米軍と結びつくことによって蜜を吸い続けている。たとえば、沖縄の辺野古新基地建設である。おそらくこの基地は完成することなく、国民の税金を長年にわたって吸い続け、そのカネは本土の巨大企業（ゼネコン）にわたるはずだ。

　「日本ファースト」というのなら、まず日米安保体制をなくすことから始めなければならない。

　Under such a “vassal state” to the U.S., Japanese giant corporations, which are reaping huge profits, continue to siphon honey from the Japanese nation in such a state of servitude through their ties to the U.S. military. One example is the construction of the new Henoko base in Okinawa. This base will probably never be completed and will continue to suck the taxpayers' money for many years, while the money goes to giant corporations (general contractors) on the mainland.

　If Japan First is to be realized, it must begin with the elimination of the Japan-U.S. Security Treaty.
